Ray is a Managing Partner of Millennium New Horizons, where he focuses on venture and growth across all emerging technologies. Ray led the firm's investments in Mistral AI, CoreWeave, Gori AI, Joby Aviation, Deep Instinct, May Mobility, Ziva Dynamics and more. Prior to Millennium, Ray was a venture capitalist at Rho Ventures, where he focused on investments in internet, software, and clean technology. He was involved with Rho’s investments in ChargePoint, OMGPOP (acq. by Zynga), and others. Ray also serves as a founding-advisor to Komodo Health and was previously an advisor to HackHands (acq. by PluralSight). Ray graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Jay is a Managing Partner of Millennium New Horizons, where he focuses on early-stage investments across all emerging technologies. Jay led the firm’s investments in Syntiant, Rapid Robotics, Gori, and OpusClip among others. Jay served as a seasoned executive across several tech giants including Intel, Samsung, and SK. As an Executive Vice President, Jay led the e-Mobility Group at SK Group, driving investments and acquisitions within the electrification and alternative energy sectors. Here, he led the investment in Volta Charging (VLTA) and advised its $300M joint venture with SunRun, the number 1 residential solar company in the US. He also supported the Executive Vice Chairman of SK Group, overseeing SK Hynix, SK Telecom, SK Innovation, SK Holdings, and SK On, a leading EV battery manufacturer. Prior to SK, Jay was a Vice President & Managing Director at Samsung Ventures, focusing on e-Mobility, autonomous driving, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data centers, semiconductors, and metaverse. His key investments include SolidFire (acq. by NetApp), SeaMicro (acq. by AMD), PureStorage (lPO), Tilera (acq. By Mellanox), YellowBrick, and Oculii (acq. by Ambarella). Jay spent the earlier stages of his career in various leadership roles at Intel, where he successfully launched and managed its flagship mobile and laptop product lines such as Centrino and Pentium M. His tenure at Intel includes an international assignment in Shanghai, China, driving the corporate strategy of building the local laptop manufacturing ecosystems and incubating local laptop OEMs in China, India, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. Prior to Intel he headed Sales & Marketing at International Rectifier (acquired by Infineon) in Seoul, Korea. Jay holds an MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Ross’s family office private equity firm where he evaluated and executed the firm’s investments in Magnolia Bakery, MilkBar, and Beta Technologies. Sharadh began his career at Accenture Ventures, where he supported Nestle’s acquisition of Essentia Waters and Accenture’s acquisitions of LinkByNet and TripleBlind. Sharadh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics (MMSS) from Northwestern University and a Certificate in Financial Economics from the Kellogg School of Management. Sharadh also served as a Course Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he authored several case studies for Moving Beyond DTC, a consumer-focused SIP. Prior to joining Millennium, Cassandra founded Departure Capital to invest in category-defining frontier tech companies that are addressing humanity's biggest existential risks and opportunities. She backed companies including Privateer, Orbillion, Endiatx, NodeQ (quantum-secure software-defined overlay networking), Maxterial (better, cheaper, non-toxic replacement for hexavalent chromium coating), and Meliora (carbon offset verification and marketplace). Previously, she specialized in early stage, global deep tech investments as a Principal for Upheaval Investments of Chicago and San Francisco, a family office-backed fund focused on funding massive companies with advanced underlying technologies. She supported portfolio companies such as Atomos, HaptX, Reniac, and Passbase. Prior to VC, Cassandra consulted C-suite executives of global companies on local partnership and market expansion opportunities in Greater China and Southeast Asia, led international sales teams and exceeded sales targets as an individual contributor for software and technology solutions, investigated and headed up the U.S. (new market) expansion for a Danish branding and design firm focused on early and growth stage deep tech startups, and has been the first and only commercial hire at nascent tech businesses, including a cloud startup, and a software development firm specializing in legacy software maintenance and modernization. She leverages a global perspective and network, having lived and worked across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East regions (U.S., Mexico, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and UAE). Cassandra actively contributes to the ecosystem through advising, angel investing, mentorship, and community building. She is an active mentor and advisor for global accelerators and programs including the Creative Destruction Lab, Alchemist Accelerator, Techstars Industries of the Future & AI, Starburst Aerospace, IEEE Entrepreneurship & Tech Transfer, and Hello Tomorrow.
